La Sala realiza reiteración de jurisprudencia sobre las reglas previstas por la jurisprudencia de esta corporación respecto de la procedencia de peticiones de nulidad contra sentencias dictadas por las Salas de Revisión, se encuentra que los nuevos hechos planteados en la solicitud de nulidad, son objeto de estudio por parte de la justicia ordinaria, por lo tanto se decide desestimar la solicitud planteada.
